November 2019 Roster

My birthday month is nearly here so I was very excited to get my roster and see where I would be flying to in November. I will be heading to the following destinations…

Manchester, UK (Layover) *Swapped this for Manila, Philippines*
Entebbe, Uganda (Layover)
London Heathrow, UK (Layover)
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Turnaround)
Amman, Jordan (Turnaround)
Cebu-Clarke, Philippines (Multi-sector)
Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Layover) *Swapped this for Geneva, Switzerland*
Phuket, Thailand (Layover)

Starting off the month is a layover to Manchester. I’ve been to Manchester countless times so I wasn’t too excited to see this as my first flight, however, I’ll try to swap it, if not do lots of food shopping!

Next I have the lovely Entebbe in Uganda. I went there quite recently so I am also open to swapping it for somewhere new. If I can’t then I’m sure I will find some other things to do. I loved Uganda so I really wouldn’t mind going back.

I then have my favourite place – London! Mamdouh swapped onto my flight so we will be flying together. I can’t wait to show him around and do some touristy things! After this, we have two turnarounds together, both of which I have not done before.

Next, I will be going to two different places in the Philippines – Cebu and Clarke! I will be spending most of my birthday in Cebu and then flying to Clarke in the evening. I have been to Manilla before joining Emirates, but I’ve always wanted to see more of the Philippines so I’m really looking forward to this trip. I would love to go to the Kawasan Waterfalls, or swim with Whale Sharks.

Lastly, I have Cambodia and Phuket. I have never been to Cambodia before so I’m looking forward to exploring more of Asia. Unfortunately Phnom Penh is too far away from Angkor Wat, (largest religious monument in the world and Cambodia’s main attraction), however, I am sure I will find other things to do. I have been to Phuket lots of times so I’ll see if I can swap it, if not, I wouldn’t mind getting a massage and laying on the beach all day!

All in all, a very good roster and an exciting month ahead!

Thanks for reading.
